Notice of infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notification containing all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information above is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
We do not host game files, firmware packages or key files. Notices relating to material hosted elsewhere should be directed to the host in question.
Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, and your contact information.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to restrict access to the site for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Where takedown requests are recorded
Notices received and actions taken are tracked against the pages they concern so that the same material is not reintroduced. See the copyright policy for content ownership and permitted use.
